Sustainable, organic and biodynamic winemaking practices are on the rise as consumers ask how winemakers are protecting the earth, but what do these terms mean? Learn about the viticulture, winemaking processes and certification standards behind these terms. Examine the advantages and disadvantages of producing organic, biodynamic and natural wines and get introduced to the complex principles of biodynamic winemaking. As you explore these earth friendly winemaking practices, taste organic and biodynamic wines from around the world.

Standard Fee: $140 includes course materials. You will need to purchase a starter kit consisting of six ISO tasting glasses in a carry bag for an additional $30+tax, unless you have already purchased one from a previous course.
