WL W26 Curriculum Programs Impact Evaluation Research Assistant
The role will play a key role in evaluating the impact of the Sustainability Hub (SH) programming that supports sustainability-focused curriculum development at UBC, including the Sustainability Education Fellows Grant and the Climate Change and Wellbeing Education Grant.
WL W26 Experiential Learning Project Lead
The role will support development of a themed-based program plan and facilitate learning opportunities for a Sustainability Ambassadors (SA) Program cohort. As a Sustainability Lead for the Experiential Learning cohort of the Sustainability Ambassadors Program, the role supports the development and coordination of climate change and sustainability focused programming.
WL W26 InSPIRE Program Development Assistant
The role will develop materials and conduct consultations as part of the development of a pilot project-based experiential learning course. Interdisciplinary Sustainability Projects for Impact, Resiliency and Experience (InSPIRE) is a new initiative to expand sustainability learning opportunities and enhance experiential learning.
WL W26 Inventory Assistant
The role will support a project to inventory CIRS building events and engagement materials, and setup and install an inventory management program. Business processes and software will need to support materials sign out, maintenance, and cataloging, and respond to areas for improvement during the first year of operations.
WL W26 Sustainability Ambassadors Impact Evaluation Research Assistant
The role will support evaluating the impact of Sustainability Hub (SH) programming focused on sustainability-related extra-curricular development at UBC, including the Sustainability Ambassadors program and the Student Sustainability Council.
WL W26 Sustainability Communications Engagement Assistant
The role will support the production and dissemination of information about UBC's wide variety of sustainability-related activities. This includes producing original content (blog posts, social media posts, etc.) that demonstrate the diverse nature of our teaching, learning, research and community engagement related initiatives, as well as supporting report production and campaigns.
WL W26 Sustainability Scholars Impact Reporting Assistant
The role will support summarizing and articulating the value and impact of the Sustainability Scholars Program. This may include reviewing and assessing existing evaluation reports, publications and related assets, identifying opportunities for broader dissemination about the program’s value and impact to stakeholders, and preparing cases studies and whitepapers.
WL W26 UBC Campus as a Living Lab Program Assistant
The role will work with the CLL team on the management of existing CLL programming and the development of new activities. This includes supporting knowledge exchange and dissemination through the development of written and visual materials for the CLL website, presentations, and reports that highlight various project and people involved in CLL at UBC.
