Join us at our upcoming information session and learn all about the UBC Sustainability Scholars program.
The program provides UBC graduate students with a paid internship opportunity to tackle real-world sustainability challenges. Students work 250 hours over the summer (from May 1 through August 11) and are paid $5000. Past Scholars have had the opportunity to work with the City of Vancouver, Metro Vancouver, BC Hydro, Fraser Health, UBC Farm, Provincial Health Services Authority, and the Vancouver Economic Commission (to name a few).
By attending this event, you'll hear first-hand our partners and former scholars reflect on what the internship experience offers in terms of skills, job prospects and networking, and get to learn about the various program and application details.
