Return-to-work after work injury can be a complex and graduated process. This presentation will summarize findings from newly developed calendar data on RTW for injured workers in British Columbia.
The presentation will provide both an overview of the methods in analysing complex RTW trajectories and summarize findings pertaining to the relationship between key demographic, clinical and work characteristics and RTW trajectories for workers with a work-related Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between key demographic, clinical and work characteristics and different types of RTW trajectories for workers on sickness absence with a work-related Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs).
