The 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP27) summit is taking place in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, from November 7 to 18, 2022. Egypt's President, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, has described it an as opportunity for, "a radical turning point in international climate efforts in coordination with all parties, for the benefit of Africa and the entire world."
