Join a discussion with French Ambassador Nicolas Chapuis on the COP21 Paris agreement - how was consensus reached between the main carbon emitters and what does it entail now? The talk will also touch upon the France-China relationship.

Bio: Mr. Nicolas Chapuis is the Ambassador of France to Canada. Previously, Mr. Chapuis had worked in the French Embassies of Singapore, Beijing, and the United Kingdom. He was also previously Ambassador of France to Mongolia. He speaks English, Chinese, and Mongol and has translated numerous Chinese texts.
