Using climate litigation as the focus, this seminar provides students with opportunities todevelop competencies to be effective legal advocates before the courts and other regulatorybodies. Consistent with international trend, increasingly environmental defenders in Canada are using the court system to hold governments and other actors accountable for their contributions to climate change.
