Join us for the 2013 CTLT Summer Institute (August 20-22 & September 3-6), a series of workshops with the goal to help both new and experienced faculty members and graduate students improve their teaching. Workshops offer opportunities to explore ideas and share strategies across a range of topics including: assessment, metacognition, facilitative teaching, participatory learning, and preparing for the upcoming Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) day on September 18th.
Open to all faculty, staff, and graduate students and the UBC teaching community.
It will feature expert-led plenary and presentation sessions, discussions and debates, and hands-on workshops that offer one-of-a-kind opportunities to explore ideas and share strategies, as well as practical ideas to implement within your teaching.
