Join Director of YYoga’s Teachers College, Rachel Scott and counteract the perils of life at the desk! This hour long workshop will target and open the key muscles that are chronically shortened by hours of computer and study time.

Not only will you stretch key muscles, you'll also strengthen your essential stabilizers to recover your natural freedom and ease. As part of this rejuvenating practice, you'll also learn five perfect poses that you can practice at your desk to keep your body happy while you work.
