Foraging Guide, Chef Robin, shows you how to SAFELY find edible wild mushrooms in BC forests. We’ll go for an easy stroll and identify all the mushrooms we find, focusing on easy mushrooms for beginners to learn. Chef Robin will talk about special cooking and preservation methods for wild mushrooms as well. Great for kids and adults alike.

Please note that this is an identification trip only, no harvesting.

Local Chef Robin Kort is a member of the Vancouver Mycological society and has been running wild mushroom foraging trips and cooking classes for 12 years.
