Laboratory activities can have a huge impact on the environment. On March 29 learn how to reduce the impact of your research on the environment.

Lab researchers, managers, investigators, technicians and users are invited to bring a travel mug and have a coffee on the Sustainability Office, Campus Planning and Development and Risk Management Services.

Topics will include: Laboratory recycling, hazardous waste management, energy reduction, green chemistry, Styrofoam management, water use, re-use, product reduction, water protection and any other ideas you might have on reducing laboratory impact.
