Wed, March 27, 2013 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM H. R. MACMILLAN BUILDING. This workshop is an introduction to fermenting Kombucha, Water Kefir and Milk Kefir. Participants will learn the basics of working with these cultures, and samples will be available. Participants are asked to bring a large jar (1.5 or larger) if they want a Kombucha mother to take home.
