This project seeks to support the forthcoming resiliency framework at the City of Vancouver through synthesizing leading practices in addressing space and service delivery needs that can promote equitable and resilient outcomes for the urban Indigenous populations in Vancouver. This final report is a culmination of a jurisdictional scan, a literature review, and case studies analysis resulting in 5 recommendations for the City to pursue on this policy priority.
