This project aims to understand the presence and quality of bicycle/scooter parking at elementary and secondary schools in Vancouver. Local policies, best practices and regulatory requirements outline the context and evaluation criteria for bicycle/scooter parking at schools. A domestic and international peer-review of retrofit programs explore how other communities fund and implement these facilities. Actions identify steps that orders of government and independent schools could take to improve conditions.
