This report provides an overarching framework to incorporate a climate risk component into a central, standardized decision-making tool for all asset classes within the Engineering Services Department at the City of Vancouver. The report makes specific recommendations, chief amongst them is to follow a customized service delivery-centric approach based upon the FCM guide.
