This project tracks the progress of the City of Burnaby's implementation of its Environmental Sustainability Strategy through policy research and interviews with 30 staff across six departments. It identifies achievements, challenges, and opportunities to advance the original strategies and Quick Starts, fosters renewed staff engagement with the Strategy, and aligns sustainability work across departments to strengthen collaboration and a shared vision for the City's sustainable future.
