This project provides a review of ideas and examples for tenant governance initiatives to act as a guiding resource for tenants, advocates, housing providers, and governments working to increase tenant governance in low-income housing. Includes key findings and recommendations for supporting future tenant governance projects based on information from relevant literature, case studies, and community stakeholder interviews.
