This project aims to support public engagement and communications work regarding building retrofits by providing an accessible overview of residential cooling measures available to UBC Vancouver neighbourhood residents. Includes resources for owners, strata councils and renters; best practices for public communications; and recommendations for future retrofit communication work by the University Neighbourhoods Association and UBC Campus and Community Planning.
