This collaboration with Story Collider instructs participants in weaving together compelling narratives to communicate science. Participants will engage in a two-day workshop focused on skill-building and application with the opportunity to tell their own stories. Select participants will have the opportunity to tell their stories at a live event in front of a public audience on Friday evening. Ocean Leaders is one of UBC's Institute for the Oceans and Fisheries's newest units, and closely tied to its new FISH 507 course.
