Objective truth is out — alternative facts are in. It's what pundits call our new “post-fact” world, where hyper-partisan politicians are renouncing data and evidence.

How should journalists today report on climate change and the environment? How can they fight against alarmism and “fake news”? Vancouver reporters and editors will discuss how political developments in the U.S. are changing environmental journalism — and the challenges it could pose to B.C. and Canadian media.
