During the wet week of October 29 to November 4, 2018, the bi-annual regional Bike To Work Week competition saw 315 UBC riders on 77 teams collectively ride 18,500 kilometres and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 4,000kg. Once again, UBC earns the title for Best in Higher Education and Best Workplace (1000+ Employees). It was so wonderful seeing so many people get out and cycle despite the heavy rain!
