Dr. le Billon will provide a brief overview of fisheries conflicts, including typologies, escalation patterns, and prevention/resolution mechanisms. He will briefly discuss specific case studies associated with territorial disputes, climate change impacts, environmental activism, and the militarization of fishing fleets and enforcement.
